Beer Marinade for Beef
2 cn Beer (12 oz or 10 oz cans) 2 t Salt
1/2 c Olive oil 1 t Ground cayenne pepper
1 T Wine vinegar 1 T Prepared horseradish
1 t Onion powder 2 T Lemon juice
1 t Garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
Marinade and Basting Sauce for Brisket of Beef
3 c Dry red wine
1 c Olive or peanut oil
2 T Wine vinegar
2 t Onion powder
1 t Garlic powder
3 t Salt
3 T Poupon mustard
2 T Prepared horseradish
3 T Lime juice
2 t Ground cayenne pepper
Mix all of the ingredients really well and then pour over whole beef brisket. Let marinate for several hours, or overnight if possible. Also, use this marinade as a basting sauce. Some people may find Justin's 3 cups of dry red wine a little bit too much for their taste. No problem, use as much as you like in the sauce, and drink the rest. Sure won't go to waste. Certified Angus Beef Marinades
MEDITERRANEAN MELODY:
1/3 c Olive oil
1/3 c Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
DELICIOUSLY BOLD:
1 c Beef broth
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Dried vegetable seasoning
SUNKISSED MARINADE:
1 12 oz. can frozen orange
-juice concentrate,thawed
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Light molasses or honey
2 ts Ground ginger
PARISIAN PIZZAZZ:
1/3 c Dry white wine
1/2 c Dijon-style mustard
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Dried basil
These marinades will tenderize about 2 pounds of steak or a 3 to 4 pound roast.
To marinate: Combine ingredients. Place beef in zipper-locking plastic bag and pour marinade over beef. Close bag removing air; refrigerate; marinate for about 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Note: Extend marinating time to a minimum of 6 hours to tenderize.
